I have had near-misses as both a driver and as a pedestrian. Trimming low branches, especially of the juniper, would dramatically improve the safety of this crossing.

    When driving and exiting Parkridge Lane on its north end, turning left onto Washington Street, the view to the right is obstructed by parked cars near the curb in front of a row of townhomes (and no sign prohibiting parking in that spot). Cars routinely park there, and it’s especially dangerous to exit left when there is significant traffic in the morning during Raleigh Charter High School drop off.
