At Baldwin Ave. & Court House Place there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Baldwin Ave.
There are two signals, one at each end of the crosswalk, which have yellow LED lights to warn oncoming vehicles. A button is mounted on each pole below the beacons and signs.
RRFBs and signage should be installed at Baldwin Ave. & Washburn St.

It is quite a nuisance that when someone make a complaint, only ONE photo is allow to be uploaded. Can someone fix this feature? However, new comment allows to attach both photo and video. Btw, I do agree that RRFBs and signage should be installed at Baldwin Ave. & Washburn St. And even reducing its speed limit to 25 MPH in order to make the Baldwin Ave. safer for pedestrians.

agree. please review and make changes! the drivers dont stop even after you hit the crossing button!!!!! they will run people over!! of course they do not follow the 25 mph sign.. many many driving problems along baldwin avenue!
