Is this mes been cleaned up yet ? It's been 14 days since the City said it would be & maybe someone should check with the neighbors who have cameras to find the person responsible for this mess !! I feed feral cats but I always clean up after they eat -- the person responsible for this is giving those who care for feral & stray cats a bad reputation and it's not fair !!!!
