The alleyway by the Loews Theater (side close to Kennedy) has vomit sitting for days now as several residents, children, and pets walk this area The whole alleyway smells like urine Why is it not being cleaned by whoever owns this walkway?? This is absurd This would never be allowed downtown but then again it's the tale of two cities in Jersey City
