the snow on the sidewalk of Paterson Plank Rd. between Congress & 2nd St. still needs to be cleared. Please send inspector to the right location. It's on a county road. The HCRD says it's Jersey City's responsibility, but then Jersey City says it's the county's responsibility. However, The HCRD will clean the garbage and leaves from the sidewalk throughout the year, but for some reason they won't remove the snow...
