This has to be addressed. It’s an eyesore and has been an eyesore for weeks. It has been reported at least five times.
Why isn’t this being proactively managed and resolved? Why is the city not dealing with this? It is a historic district where you can’t change a lightbulb without 10 permissions and 8 inspections before the 3 year approval process ....
