Description
A local resident chooses to feed 8-12 stray cats, with a separate full dish of food and water for each, on a schedule of twice a day at the same times every day. Thus, these cats do not leave. And since cats don’t sh*t where they eat, the neighboring yards are effectively their litter boxes. Our property is one of several inundated with urine & feces, covering the front, both sides, and back yards. The stench is overwhelming and the flies swarm with no way to enter or exit the house without walking through them and letting them in. Additionally, this is a huge health hazard and negatively affects property value. We have tried various methods of deterring them but to no avail. The resident makes zero effort to clean up after them and takes no responsibility for the issue. What can be done about this?
