This is not a duplicate complaint. This is about some trash that has been dumped next to street light on Trail #8 at the bottom of the stairs. There is a street light about 20 feet or more to the south and someone has dumped a barbeque made from an oil drum. There is also other trash in the area including a baby stroller at the bottom of the stairs on the corner of Southcenter Blvd & Macadam Road.

Matt Austin knows what area I'm talking about. It's a "hotspot".
