I knew that this area, after the bridge upgrade would be prime hang out area for the local homeless. Before the upgrade, it had a trail and good flow of non homeless visitors. Now that it is no longer an official trail, but nicely hidden,. it has become a dangerous gathering of sketchy behavior. I would like to suggest to address this early as it really doesn't support the new Tukwila path corridors.
