Description
Speeding traffic (need speed humps), roadway too narrow for street parking AND 2 way driving traffic. Only part of street has sidewalk, unsafe for pedestrians to walk on the street, as drivers drive along the shoulder when approached by oncoming traffic because road is too narrow. Limit street parking?
