321 Warren Street Jersey City, NJ 07302 - Downtown321 Warren Street absent owner not carrying out maintenance to property. The building next door was just demolished a couple months ago and they managed to clear the sidewalk. No reason this owner can't show up and clear the busy sidewalk. Property across the street also has not cleared sidewalks so one must walk in the street to avoid slippery conditions.

140 Bay Street Jersey City, NJ - Downtown140 Bay Street residential building has not had its glass recycling picked up in over two weeks. Other buildings in the area have had consistent service and all recycling has been removed. the recycling containers are located behind building on First Street between Provost and Warren Streets. Waste Management has been called numerous times with no results. Please help.
