    A manhole sized utility cover is broken in large pieces. Needs immediate replacement. It is in the center of intersection of Second Street at Provost Street.

    Parking Permit Sign has fallen of post. The wind is particularly strong in this area and the signs rattle in the wind and screws loosen. It has happened before. Please place this sign back on the post. Can any city worker monitor these types of situations and report the issue to the proper agency?

    Walkway on Marin at Columbus needs trash picked up and maintained. Construction site should be responsible for keeping it's area in and around it clear of all trash on under scaffolding.

    Public trash receptacle needs clean up and removal. It has no plastic bin and is turned upside down. Inconsiderate people put trash through the slates, even though there is a functioning receptacle meters down the street toward Marin. Please remove this.

    Consumer oven door dumped on sidewalk. This entire block (1st between Grove and Marin) has a lot of empty beer and liquor bottles on sidewalk, nestled in huge piles of leaves, up against trees or just randomly dropped by the curb. As our president says, "Sad."

    321 Warren Street absent owner not carrying out maintenance to property. The building next door was just demolished a couple months ago and they managed to clear the sidewalk. No reason this owner can't show up and clear the busy sidewalk. Property across the street also has not cleared sidewalks so one must walk in the street to avoid slippery conditions.

    Both DO NOT ENTER signs have fallen and disappeared over past year. This is a ONE-WAY street and it's crucial that these signs are replaced to warn traffic not to turn into oncoming traffic.

    140 Bay Street residential building has not had its glass recycling picked up in over two weeks. Other buildings in the area have had consistent service and all recycling has been removed. the recycling containers are located behind building on First Street between Provost and Warren Streets. Waste Management has been called numerous times with no results. Please help.
