Gas smell! It’s smelled like gas around this corner since I got home 1.5hrs ago - please send someone to investigate

Water leaking from water pipe/cap nw corner of chestnut and magnolia

both crossing signs on the west side of the intersection of Magnolia and Summit are blocked by construction. 1 by the new scaffold and the other by a truck that is always parked there.

It is dangerous to cross and the scaffold should be moved or a crossing guard should be put on the corner for safety
