Delineators already need replacing to discourage drivers from making the left onto Ravine from SB New York Ave. Can we get Jersey barriers put in place until a permanent concrete island can be installed?

Sidewalk on east side of Palisade between 139 and Washburn majority covered in snow and ice. Required 48" clear path not present.

There are several properties with untreated sidewalks on the north side of 139 between Baldwin and Summit

Downed electrical / telephone line going across Concord

Sidewalk here has been torn up for months and construction on the empty lot seems stalled.

Crosswalks across Palisade need touching up

There is a detached branch that is resting on another branch in this tree. It is hanging right over the sidewalk and could fall and hurt someone walking underneath.

We need bollards, poles, planters, or some other sort of physical deterrent to prevent vehicles from parking on the sidewalk on Baldwin Ave between NJ 139 and Fleet St. I observe personal, delivery, and city vehicles parking on the sidewalk here on a weekly basis. The barriers that are installed further north on Baldwin (poles between Fleet and St Pauls as well as between Hopkins and Beacon) seem to help to an extent. Please can this be replicated along the length of Baldwin Ave on the sides of the street with no parking to prevent this dangerous driver behavior? Baldwin Ave is on the city's high injury network, and the intersections at 139 and Jefferson are no strangers to tragic crashes.

The left turn signal is working, however the lights are not visible from the left turn lane because the signal is angled too far to the left.
