I have just moved to the area, and my driveway, other than street cones, has no separation between it and the Gems Bagels parking lot. At times patrons of Gems, with a full parking lot, will park in my driveway. Employees, arriving early in the morning (4:00 a.m.) when our street is clear of parked cars, park in front of our house with a bumper's length in the driveway. I don't know what the issue is that they have with our property but it seems intentional. There hasn't been an issue yet, but in the event of an emergency I would like a clear path. Is there signage and driveway markings that the City provides to it's residents?
