Excess trash/items in from do not show "love" for Wake Forest.

This resident just does not want to be considerate of the Town's Ordinances. A few of us neighbors have spoken with them, left kind notes to them and the result is just no consideration as the behavior continues....garbage cans out 24/7, building material left out on sidewalk for months, high grass/weeds, barking dog left outside while no one is home, etc. We are tired of the lack of consideration and this resident has no mental illness...just laziness. They can't walk from their door or car to bring in the garbage cans WITHIN 24 hours of pick up??? Their garbage cans have now been moved to the corner of their neighbor's house....Out of site, out of mind!! Since us, as neighbors and our quaint neighborhood, are not be respected, we would like to ask the town to take the measures to discipline this resident please. We have asked waaay too many times....One Bad Apple is all it takes. And if this behavior was on N. Main, we would assume this disrespect would be dealt with. Aesthetically, this address is a shame to our neighborhood, where we all keep the yards up, our houses, etc. If people, who want to live IN Town Limits, don't want to live abidiung with IN Town Ordinances, then move out to the country and join that lifestyle.

I believe there is a dead animal down the embankment beside the Dunn Creek Greenway, between the Ledgerock Road entrance and the bridge. I couldn't see it very well and didn't want to look too closely. However, the odor is overwhelming.

1 1/2 inches of rain last night and the stormwater poured into my property from the adjoining Siena townhouse development. The erosion in my property continues. The standing water is breeding mosquitoes. We are asking for help from the town to resolve this problem causing damage to our properties. Siena must be notified by the town to capture their stormwater and use their drainage system retention pond.

I visited the townhouse property during the storm and the stormwater was gathering at the privacy fence ankle deep and pouring under the fence as demonstrated in the attached picture.

The runoff from the rain today continues to run beside the sewer pipe rather than through it because it was previously dislodged by running water. The erosion has already dropped one 5’x7’ rock into the “creek”. It is washing out roots and will soon be at our fence on Tryst Lane. We are asking for assistance managing the Town’s storm water due to development.

We have erosion, runoff and standing water caused by the Siena Townhome stormwater today. We are asking the town to come up with a stormwater plan and resolve per the UDO. This issue was created by the developer and we need the towns assistance to come up with a plan.

Extremely dangerous stormwater pipe and 15 to 20 foot drop off found behind 303 Lakeview Ave. The erosion is about 4 feet below the pipe ledge and also under very large trees causing exposed roots and fallen trees. Children can easily fall in this ditch and if we receive a major storm, homes and property are at risk. Please investigate asap. This area needs to be reinforced and maintained.
