Vegetation needs to be addressed, and Speed Limit signs posted and enforced

    A mass of sunflowers wass planted in the small median between the sidewalk and Gorman Street at this location. You cannot see oncoming traffic now that these sunflowers are dying and leaning into the lane of traffic.

    There is part of a downed tree and bushes/grass that have covered and overtaken the sidewalk. Pedestrians cannot safely pass. A student at the school adjacent was bit by a bat coming out of the overgrowth in this area. It's been covered and impassable for six months. Other complaints have been submitted, but the sidewalk is still not passable. With school returning, please address so students and other pedestrians can safely utilize the sidewalk.

    Plants are growing into the road, creating both a physical and visual obstruction in a bend in the road. This hazard causes cars to have to bear towards the middle of the road and pedestrians must go into the road to walk around it.

    When driving and exiting Parkridge Lane on its north end, turning left onto Washington Street, the view to the right is obstructed by parked cars near the curb in front of a row of townhomes (and no sign prohibiting parking in that spot). Cars routinely park there, and it’s especially dangerous to exit left when there is significant traffic in the morning during Raleigh Charter High School drop off.
