Even better, there shouldn't be anything there. The rightmost lane on northbound Capital Blvd should force traffic onto I-440 West, and that would allow the traffic coming off I-440 West to northbound Capital Blvd to freeflow. And the turn onto Appliance Ct should be eliminated.
But, this is all going to be NC DOT's responsibility, not City of Raleigh. But it's fun to dream...
