At 7am the lid was completely off and I saw a first student bus almost drive into the hole. I heaves the lid back over the open hole but it's upside down and I'm not strong enough to flip it over properly. I suspect it will come right back off with a snow plow hit or more driving
Thank you for reporting this issue. The Greater New Haven WPCA responded to this area and was not able to find an issue with one of our manholes. The Greater new Haven WPCA does not follow SeeClickFix and has an emergency number for these type of situations. Issue has been fixed. The lid is the proper side down and centered on the hole now.
