Description

Although We've received flyers stating HEFTY FINES if Our Trash Bins are out 24 hrs after pickup, This EMPTY HOUSE has had bins on the Curb for 3 WEEKS. I called public works last week and waa told it would be handled. Also Grass on treeline is reaching a foot high.HOW IS THIS FAIR ???
