Description

Overgrown trees and vines are impacting the side walk between Barksdale Dr. and the entrance to the Buckeye Trail Greenway. Can this vegetation been cut back/trimmed so the side walk can be used with out having to duck and weave to avoid over hanging branches and vines and stepping off the side walk on to the grass between the sidewalk and curb?

At least half of this vegetation is on public property near the entrance to the Greenway and the other half is growing outside a fence line adjacent to the sidewalk, so I'm not certain this is the property owner's responsibility, maybe Parks & Rec?

The worst part in my opinion would be the part that borders on the city property. While the part that boarders the private property could/should be serviced it is not the worst part.

Several tree trimming trucks were along Raleigh Blvd this morning and the sidewalk looks clear from here, thanks:)
