The city has limited staff and towing capacity and the expectation is not to tow all vehicles in violation, but to encourage residents to comply with the parking ban to best assist staff in clearing snow from city streets. If your street is impassable please generate a request in the "SNOW RELATED" category requesting plowing and citing vehicles in violation so that parking enforcement is aware that towing will be required prior to plow.
