If the cars belong to a business then that business should provide parking for these vehicles on their own property. They are not parked or they wouldn't be facing any direction and sideways.

    When green light on Shanda Drive to turn Left onto New Bern. Green light on Shanda, traffic turns left, PROBLEM-- traffic on Sunnybrook Rd is turning right on red and turning onto far lane on New Bern which is lane Shanda Dr is turning left into. Suggest no right on red at that intersection from Sunnybrook. Right on red drivers keep trying to take me out!!
