The constituent states that the uneven pavement is a tripping hazard not to mention the road is cracking.

Resident states that Orient Avenue between Ocean Ave and MLK Drive needs to be repaved. There are so many bumps and potholes in the street.

Hello! Each time a car or truck goes by it hits this and loudly rattles the walls. Loud enough to wake me up when sleeping.

Uneven pavement. Street cleaners always avoid resulting in accumulation of trash.

Still not fixed. Was told contractor was notified but nothing became of it. Please advise!

Background: JC MUA performed lead water line test/replacement on entire block but broke or left the cast iron water line access opening full detached after the work was completed. This opening should have been screwed and closed shut to prevent exposing the line to further damage from pedestrians, inclement weather as well as potentially being trip hazard. Please rectify ASAP. Thank you!

Folks believe that this is a leak from the Watermain. Therapy appears to be a crack that is getting larger and larger on the street. Any investigation would be helpful thank you. This is in front of 215 Mallory Ave. Thanks as always.
