Between 2nd and 3rd Street near #5 School is a 2 way street that needs to be changed to a 1 way street. The street is too narrow and constituent was almost hit when a car was flying around the corner. Car got hit 5 times and there is a concern the school children in the area may get hurt. Request to make it a 1 way street.
