Description

Jersey City recently redid curb cuts outside my condo association at 123 Grand. Now water is puddling as the repair was not done correctly. This will be a hazard in winter when water freezes. I need this redone to correct the problem. The condo association should not be liable to fix the city's error. I spoke to the work men when the work was being done and expressed my concern and they promised that if the water puddled they would come back and fix it.
