Deskripsyon

Jersey City recently redid curb cuts outside my condo association at 123 Grand. Now water is puddling as the repair was not done correctly. This will be a hazard in winter when water freezes. I need this redone to correct the problem. The condo association should not be liable to fix the city's error. I spoke to the work men when the work was being done and expressed my concern and they promised that if the water puddled they would come back and fix it.

Thanks Yolanda. Joe Cunha and Paul Russo reached out to me in mid-to-late July and we discussed the issue with Paul's team. They understand what needs to be done and committed to having it fixed by end of August. I will report back here when it is resolved.

Still doesn't seem to be done right as we are still seeing water pooling. Could an expert please come out and help me understand what can/should be done about this?

Looks like third time is the charm. I'll keep an eye out, but this morning I don't see obvious pooling. It is hard to tell if the leaf debris is washing into the basement or just there from the wind (I'm optimistic it is the wind). Fingers crossed this is it. Thanks everyone for continuing to pursue this until it was right, I know it was a tricky solve.
