There was no cause at this location when inspector went.

When I walked past Mantra on Washington St. yesterday, I saw a property manager for using a leaf blower to blow trash from the sidewalk into the street. He is not cleaning up the trash--simply blowing it around. Trash continues to collect along the curb and is not being cleaned up by the city. This is a constant issue. Also, the huge pieces of broken glass and garbage are still on the sidewalk surrounding the vacant restaurant on York Street (at the corner of Washington St.), which I reported previously. That issue has not been resolved. Inadequate trash collection and excessive litter in Downtown Jersey City is a continuous issue that needs attention.
