I appreciate that the trash may have been cleaned up by the time your inspector arrived today, but this does not address the larger issue of insufficient trash collection in the general course. The fact that the trash can got to the overflowing point in the first place is the broader concern. As noted by Mr. Geist above, the compactor trash cans that were previously in this location were removed and replaced by the uncovered trash cans noted in the picture, which would seem to be a contributing factor to the overflow problem, along with an insufficient collection schedule for this particular location (which is right outside of the PATH station and on a very busy pedestrian thoroughfare). I would appreciate some additional info on how a similar situation will be avoided going forward. Thank you.
