Please let me know what procedures I need to follow before someone gets killed. We just had a 14 year old hit be a speefing car last week. Fortunately he survived the accident, but don't know what his quality of life he will have.

I agree. We need speed humps. There are many school children, parents with babies, and ordinary adults who need to negotiate this part of Ellsworth Ave. The street is narrow, and there is parking in each side. Help us get speed humps. Our alder for award 28 is Tom Ficklin. It is a tragedy that the teenager was hit and very badly hurt by a speeding car just a few days ago. If there had been speed bumps, the car would have had to drive much more slowly.

How would I go about getting the humps put in? Do I need toget a petition going, or a form to fill out?
