    Even tho it is a County Road, The HCRD will not take care of it. They claim to only do "curb-to-curb". They say it is Jersey City's responsibility. Please take care of it. Thank you!

    There's lots of littering and trash being left and tons of graffiti on the entire sidewalk of Patterson Plank Road. It smells bad, looks bad, is a hazard to run & walk on and bike through, and causes driving issues when blown into the road.
